These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, services, and communications provided by Divine Line Content and Art, a DBA of Divine Lines Comics and Arts LLC. By using our services or opting in to our messaging programs, you agree to these Terms.

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Divine Line Content and Art. Our SMS program is used for the following purposes:

After you send the message “STOP,” we will send you a reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at 6 Maple Ave, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002. Texting HELP will return a message with our contact information and support details.

6. Privacy of Mobile Information

Your privacy is important to us. As stated in our Privacy Policy, no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is not guaranteed.

8. Eligibility

By opting in to our SMS program, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile phone number provided, or that you have the account holder’s permission, and that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the SMS program, or these Terms, at any time. We will update the “Effective Date” above when changes are made. Your continued participation after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
